I am fortunate to have a room in my house for my studio. I surround myself with my favorite artwork, including paintings by Ned Wert and Eugenie Torgerson.

However, I do have to share it with our “library” and the pool table (which covered just happens to make for a fabulous cutting, laying out, and sandwiching surface)

I love having a design wall to work on. It doubles as a place for some of my favorite textiles from other countries/cultures.

The “Great Wall of Fabric” (note, I do let my husband have a couple spaces for his roving and spinning supplies)

Sky (aka “Helper Cat”) is my constant quilting companion and design critique (hence his food dishes on the pool table).

George is our "new" boy. Sky has told him that he's NOT allowed to help. So George hangs out on the porch or with Dad.

Max has left us this spring after a valiant struggle with cancer. We miss him terribly.
